NexPoint Capital Reduces Public Offering Price

On April 26, 2017 NexPoint Capital, Inc., a nontraded BDC, decreased its public offering price to $10.50 per share from $10.66 per share. This is in accordance with the company’s share pricing policy that correlates with its $9.55 net asset value as of April 24, 2017.
NexPoint Capital has $87.5 million in assets under management and produced an annual return in 2016 of 27.6%. NexPoint has a focus and expertise in the healthcare sector, as opposed to purely diversified BDCs. NexPoint, the company’s advisor, is an affiliate of Highland Capital Management. Highland manages approximately $15 billion in assets.
