New York City REIT, Inc.’s 2020 annual meeting of stockholders was called to order on April 15, 2020, and adjourned to Monday, May 11, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. (Eastern time). The adjourned annual meeting of stockholders will also be held in a virtual-only format and stockholders must use the following link to attend the meeting: https://www.viewproxy.com/nycr/2020/vm.
