Select Capital Corporation Expands Sales Team with the Addition of Dawn Impellizzeri as Senior Vice President

LADERA RANCH, Calif., March 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — Select Capital Corporation, the dealer manager for private offerings and public non-traded real estate investment trusts sponsored by SmartStop Asset Management, LLC and its affiliates, announced today that it has hired real estate investment veteran Dawn Impellizzeri as senior vice president.
In her role, Impellizzeri is responsible for sales and marketing efforts in the north central territory, which includes Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio and western Pennsylvania. She reports directly to J. Bradley Ross, managing director of sales, and provides consulting services and sales support through financial intermediaries in the broker-dealer, regional independent and registered investment advisor (RIA) channels.
