BIRMINGHAM, AL – September 15, 2021 – Leitbox Storage Partners, a self-storage investment and development platform, based in Birmingham, Alabama, announced today that it has hired financial industry veteran Brandon James as Managing Director – Capital Markets. Mr. James brings over 10 years of experience in the tax compliance and accounting arena for the commercial real estate and private equity industries. Mr. James was previously with a large regional accounting firm where he served as a tax senior manager, advising clients on complex tax planning and compliance involved with commercial real estate transactions, private equity investments, alternative investments, and annual audits.
