Over 300 Private Placement Programs in Blue Vault Database

The recently uploaded data for over 300 Private Placement programs from 24 program sponsors are now in the Blue Vault Database. The data are searchable by asset class, offering status, sponsor, capital raise and distribution rates in the initial screen. With additional search features now installed, users can also screen and filter by registration type, offering type, registered capital amount, sales commission percent, front-end load percent and preferred return.
Blue Vault continues to add additional Private Placement programs and data each month. Below is a roster of those sponsors whose Private Placement data are already in the Blue Vault Database.
