Hamilton Point Investments LLC (“HPI”) is a real estate private-equity investment company that owns and manages multifamily apartment properties, manufactured housing communities and hotels. HPI invests through a series of real estate private-equity investment funds raised from individual accredited investors through a selling group of independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors.

The firm was founded in 2009 by J. David Kelsey and Matthew A. Sharp. It has acquired over $3 billion of real estate since inception and has over 240 employees.

HPI Real Estate Fund V Fully Subscribed at $115 million

Hamilton Point Investments LLC announced the close of HPI Real Estate Fund V LLC, a Reg D real estate private equity fund that raised $115 million and will acquire, with leverage, approximately $300 million of multifamily apartment properties.
