Please have all boxes addressed as you see below. The Rosen Shingle Creek can accept boxes 5 days prior to the start of the Summit. Packages can be delivered to your guest room or they can deliver all boxes to the designated Summit location.

  • PowerPoint presentation in a widescreen ratio (16:9) format, please submit by Friday, February 15th.

  • If using fonts in your presentation that are not standard on a PC or Mac please include the font file with your presentation to ensure your formatting is accurate on screen.

  • Any supplemental documents you would like shared with attendees (i.e. marketing materials, white papers, etc.) can be submitted along with your presentation. These documents will be included in the app and will be seen in your presentation time slot within the agenda.
