Apollo units name successor chief compliance officer

Apollo Global Management announced the promotion of Ryan Del Giudice to chief compliance officer for certain of its subsidiaries, according to public filings.
He succeeds Isabelle Gold, who resigned from the role in January.
Del Giudice will take the reins at both MidCap Financial Investment Corp. and Apollo Debt Solutions BDC, among other subsidiaries. He has served as principal since May, according to his LinkedIn profile, and previously served as chief compliance officer at Griffin Capital Company.
Before Griffin Capital, he served as vice president, CCO for registered advisers and funds and manager at Cipperman Compliance Services.
