Hines Global Income Trust Announces May Distribution Rates

The board of directors of Hines Global Income Trust, Inc. has authorized the Company to declare distributions for the month of May 2020. The Gross Distribution rate is the same as the April Gross Distribution rate, $0.052 per share. This distribution rate is unchanged from the May 2019 rate.
Net distribution rates will be the Gross Distribution rate less distribution and stockholder servicing fees that range from $0.008 for Class T, Class S, and Class TX shares, to $0.002 for Class D and Class IX shares. Class I and Class AX shares do not have those fees and have Net Distributions of $0.052 per share.
