Hines Global Income Trust Maintains Distribution and Estimated NAV

In a June 16, 2020, filing with SEC, Hines Global Income Trust, a nontraded REIT with a continuous open public offering, announced that the May 31, 2020, NAV for each class of its common stock is $9.71, the same NAV as the April 30, 2020 value. Based upon the original offering price of $10.00 per share, the distribution rate is approximately 6.25% annualized. Based upon the most recent NAV per share, the rate would be approximately 6.42% annualized.
The REIT also announced that the June 2020 distribution will be $0.052 per share, before distribution and stockholder servicing fees for some share classes, the same rate that was paid in May. Until January 2019, the per share gross distribution rate had been $0.051.
