Go Store It Self Storage, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, has appointed Adam Willey as the new Director of Operations. With an impressive track record in the self-storage industry, Willey will elevate Go Store It’s operational excellence and financial performance.
In his new role, Willey will oversee Go Store It’s portfolio of 100+ locations and manage the company’s field operations. He joins Go Store It from Extra Space Storage, where he developed industry-leading Net Operating Income (NOI) strategies, achieved top growth year over year and drove financial, operational and customer experience strategies. He also brings valuable experience from his time at Yelp Inc. and Tracx Inc.

A graduate of Florida International University, Willey currently resides in Kansas City. His goals include enhancing and enforcing Go Store It’s exceptional culture and maintaining a focus on the success of the team’s members.
