Reed brings a wealth of experience to BlueGate, having served as senior vice president of operations at Store Space Self Storage, where he oversaw a multi-state portfolio of 70 locations with over $70 million in revenue. During his tenure, he successfully integrated a new facility management system and played a key role in various operational areas, including revenue management, transitions, and collaboration with marketing and construction teams to foster company growth.

Before his time at Store Space, Reed spent 12 years at Public Storage as a senior vice president, overseeing a portfolio of more than 100 locations generating over $100 million in revenue across Washington, Hawaii and Idaho. He lead the operational efforts to establish a career path for store team members to advance to district manager roles.
