Monroe Capital LLC announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisitions of K2 Services (“K2”), Epiq Global Business Transformation Services (“Epiq GBTS”), and Forrest Solutions (“Forrest”) by private equity sponsor Renovus Capital Partners.
