CAZ Investments announced the launch of the CAZ GP Stakes Growth Fund on October 5, 2026. The registered interval fund is designed to provide exposure to the long-term growth of private asset managers.
The new fund joins the existing CAZ GP Stakes Income Fund, offering investors separate growth- and income-focused approaches to GP stakes. CAZ’s announcement lists a $2,500 minimum investment, daily pricing and subscriptions, and a quarterly repurchase program.
Why We’re Watching
The launch brings another private-market strategy into the interval fund format. GP stakes provide exposure to ownership interests in asset management businesses, giving advisors a different investment model to examine alongside those managers’ underlying funds.
The separate growth and income approaches also put investment objectives in focus. Advisors should examine how each strategy pursues its objective, the associated fees and risks, and its liquidity provisions. Daily subscriptions do not mean daily liquidity: repurchases are limited, and investors may not be able to sell when or in the amount desired.
