Founded in 1992, KBS has become one of the nation’s preeminent buyers of commercial real estate. KBS has invested and managed approximately $28 billion (163.3 million square feet) in 1,665 assets¹ nationwide on behalf of large institutions, such as public and private pension plans, endowments, foundations and sovereign wealth funds, as well as seven public non-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs).
