During the period from October 8, 2021 through October 28, 2021, Cottonwood Communities issued and sold 809,971 shares of its Series 2019 Preferred Stock in the Private Offering and received aggregate proceeds of $8,091,492. In connection with the sale of these shares in the Private Offering, the Company paid aggregate selling commissions of $557,882 and placement fees of $162,630. As of October 28, 2021, there were 9,590,745 shares of the Company’s Series 2019 Preferred Stock outstanding.
