The website provides educational resources and first-person insights into working as an independent financial advisor—a professional who serves clients in their community, building their own business—as well as opportunities at independent financial services firms, which offer roles in compliance, operations, marketing and more. The site also includes a career center that connects qualified job seekers with employers and career opportunities.
