InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income Declares October Distributions

The Board of Directors of InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income, Inc. has authorized a distribution for each class of its common stock in the amount per share set forth below:
The net distributions for each class of common stock (which represent the gross distribution less any stockholder servicing fees for the applicable class of common stock) are payable to stockholders of record as of close of business October 31, 2021 and will be paid on or about November 17, 2021. These distributions will be paid in cash or reinvested in shares of the Company’s common stock for stockholders participating in the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan.
The gross distribution rate for October 2020 was $0.0750. In January 2021 the gross distribution rate was $0.0792 and it increased in February 2021 to $0.0833 and in March 2021 to $0.0875, in April 2021 to $0.0917, in May to $0.0958, and in June 2021 to $0.1042. The YOY increase in the gross distribution rate since October 2020 is 39%.
