Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT collected 96.1% of its Single Family Rental rents in December 2020. Occupancy increased from 89% as of 12/31/19 to 94% as of 12/31/20.  Its Office portfolio with a $1.3 billion December 2020 NAV Value collected 95.8% of its December 2020 rents. 

Pacific Oak Capital Advisors is an investment management firm that focuses on real estate and real estate related investment  and is  run by co-founders Peter McMillan and Keith Hall, who have collectively participated in $175+ billion of real estate and real estate related acquisitions and dispositions throughout their careers. Pacific Oak currently manages a diverse array of assets consisting of office, industrial, hospitality, raw land, multi-family, and single-family rentals for both institutional and wealth management channels.

Pacific Oak is the advisor for Strategic Opportunity REIT,  Singapore-based Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT, and the Pacific Oak Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund, as well as other offerings including Delaware Statutory Trusts. Pacific Oak’s focus is matching capital with opportunity via core, core plus, value add, and opportunistic investment strategies designed to generate compelling risk adjusted returns.
