KBS Growth & Income REIT Declares June Distribution

On June 24, 2020, KBS Growth & Income REIT, Inc.’s (the “Company”) board of directors authorized a June 2020 distribution in the amount of $0.02107500 per share of common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 25, 2020, which the Company expects to pay in July 2020. Investors may choose to receive cash distributions or purchase additional shares through the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan.
The distribution rate equals an annualized distribution yield of approximately 2.43% based upon an offering price in 2017 of $10.39 per Class A share. The REIT’s most recent estimated net asset value per share was $8.43 as of December 31, 2019.
