Leitbox Storage Partners, “Leitbox”, a self-storage development platform, based in Birmingham, Alabama, is pleased to announce the expansion of its sales and distribution relationship with Peak Capital Solutions, LLC (“Peak”).
“Since onboarding Peak earlier this year, they’ve outperformed and generated new velocity. On the verge of announcing new opportunities in 2022, we are excited to have this relationship with Peak,” said Bill Leitner, Managing Principal of Leitbox Storage Partners.
Peak is a third-party sales and distribution firm, providing the full array of services to sponsors seeking to supplement capital raising efforts. Peak structures it’s model to offer an efficient use of resources in an effort to maximize fund-raising and minimize operating costs. Brian Conneely has over 20 years’ experience in financial services focusing on distribution of various investment products, particularly alternative investments at companies such as Waypoint Real Estate, W. P. Carey, and Rydex Investments.
Peak has recently expanded their team with a few recent hires. Dereck Collins joins as Senior Vice President/External Wholesaler. Dereck is responsible for the West Coast territory and joins from Bluerock Capital Markets. Ken Rapp has also joined as Senior Vice President/External Wholesaler covering the Midwest Territory. Ken is a 20-year industry veteran and most recently was with Lincoln Financial.
