Lightstone Real Estate Income Trust Renamed “Lightstone Value Plus REIT IV, Inc.”

On September 15, 2021, Lightstone Value Plus REIT IV, Inc. (the “Company”) filed Second Articles of Amendment to the Company’s Articles of Amendment and Restatement with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation to effect a change of its name from “Lightstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc” to “Lightstone Value Plus REIT IV, Inc.”
Also, on September 21, Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust III, Inc. changed its name to “Lightstone Value Plus REIT III, Inc.”
