Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust V Extends Tender Offer

Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust V extended the expiration date of its self-tender offer to February 28, 2020. The REIT filed an offer to purchase up to 2 million shares of its common stock for a cash purchase price equal to $7.75 per share on December 17, 2019. The original expiration date for the tender offer was January 17, 2020. It subsequently extended the expiration date to January 31, 2020.
The Company’s board had approved an estimated net asset value (“NAV”) as of September 30, 2019, of $9.10 per share, and had filed an 8-K with the announcement of the estimated NAV on November 7, 2019.
