Madison Capital Group has promoted Rebecca Levell to Executive Managing Director and Development Partner for North Carolina and Virginia.
Levell, who joined Madison Capital in 2018, has been instrumental in managing several high-profile multifamily projects across the region. Her promotion reflects her significant contributions to the firm, particularly her leadership during challenging market conditions.

Since transitioning from asset management into development in 2021, Levell has played a vital role in the development of over 2,500 multifamily units across a dozen projects. Her recent leadership on the Madison OMB project, a 320-unit, $115 million wrap project in Charlotte’s South End, underscores her expertise and influence in the field.
“Her hard work and perseverance have propelled her into a well-deserved leadership position at Madison,” Teague added.
Levell’s prior experience includes roles at Aston Properties, where she served as a Senior Analyst, and Berkeley Capital Advisors, where she was an Investment Sales Broker and Senior Financial Analyst. In these roles, she gained extensive experience in acquisitions, financial analysis and project management across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
A Charlotte native, Levell holds real estate brokerage licenses in North and South Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003.
