Madison Capital Markets, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, successfully closed the Go Store It Orlando DST, a Delaware statutory trust (“DST”) offered as a Regulation D private placement. This unique investment opportunity featured Go Store It Self Storage, located at 8308 Osceola Polk Line Road, strategically situated in the Orlando, Florida market. The facility boasts 54,030 square feet of rentable self-storage space, comprised of 611 storage units (climate controlled and drive-up) and vehicle parking spaces.

Go Store It Orlando was a prime location with excellent visibility and accessibility. Osceola Polk Line Road, a major thoroughfare, experienced a daily traffic count of 70,000 vehicles, ensuring high exposure and customer convenience. The surrounding area saw significant growth, with the population in Davenport increasing by 15.8% and the median household income rising by 11.2% between 2019 and 2020.
