On April 3, 2019, Owl Rock Capital Corporation II increased its public offering price from $9.52 per share to $9.54 per share, effective as of the April 3, 2019 weekly closing and first applied to subscriptions in good order from March 28, 2019 through April 3, 2019. The Company determined that an increase was warranted following an increase in their net asset value per share to $9.06 as of April 3, 2019. Since commencing their continuous public offering and through April 3, 2019, the Company has issued 62,759,297 shares of common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $583.95 million.
