Sealy & Company continues to expand the number of properties within its portfolio recognized for operational excellence, with two additional buildings earning the BOMA 360 Performance Program® designation. One Bellemead Centre in the Shreveport market and Great Southwest 32 in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex received the recognition effective March 4, 2026.
 
The BOMA 360 Performance Program® establishes a clear benchmark for excellence in commercial real estate operations. Administered by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, it is widely recognized in the industry and acknowledged by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) as a green certification for building operations.
 

One Bellemead Centre: Operational Discipline in Shreveport

One Bellemead Centre, 6425 Youree Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana, is a Class A, five-story office property in Southeast Shreveport. It offers regional connectivity, visibility, and a professionally managed campus with landscaped grounds, modern building systems, and amenities supporting business operations.

The second property recently awarded the BOMA 360 designation is Great Southwest 32, at 921 Avenue M in Grand Prairie, Texas, a 22,265-square-foot industrial facility in the Great Southwest submarket, among the largest industrial hubs in Dallas–Fort Worth. It is less than five minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and provides access to major transportation routes, supporting efficient North Texas logistics.
 
Built with tilt-wall construction, the facility includes a Class IV sprinkler system, T5 and T8 lighting, and operational features for industrial and commercial uses. The building is occupied by AllTech Engineering, a long-standing tenant.
