Gold Leaf Farming is a hybrid farming/investment company. We acquire and operate specialty farmland on behalf of investors. Specialty farmland is an excellent place to invest capital as it offers investors cash flow, appreciation, tax benefits and relative lack of correlation with other asset classes.

Our strategy is simple: we buy structurally advantaged farmland with excellent water rights and drive value through hands-on, data-driven operations. Our main investment vehicle, Gold Leaf Farming LP, is a fund focused on delivering ~14%+ IRR driven primarily by cash flows. Investing in Gold Leaf Farming LP offers investors exposure to a diversified group of high-quality, cash flowing farms.

Gold Leaf manages approximately $350 million worth of specialty farmland in California and Arizona.  Gold Leaf’s investors consist primarily of RIAs, family offices and HNW individuals.
