About Lodging Fund

Legendary Capital, headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota is the sponsor of Lodging Fund REIT III (LF-REIT III) – a $100 million private, non-traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

LF-REIT III intends to acquire and operate a diversified portfolio of 80-200 room limited, select-service and extended-stay hotels with strong mid-market brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG, located primarily in the Heartland of the United States.

LF-REIT III uses a Taxable REIT Subsidiary (TRS) structure, allowing the program to own individual properties and the tenants operating those properties. The TRS structure generates two sources of potential income to support
LF-REIT III’s distributions and future growth potential; one from rental income and a second from property operational profitability.
