In 2020, PSEC announced a $1.0 billion convertible preferred stock offering with a coupon of 5.50%. In 2022, PSEC announced an increase in the convertible preferred stock offering to $1.5 billion. PSEC has raised more than $1.0 billion of preferred stock across institutional, registered investment adviser, wirehouse, independent private wealth, and international advisors.

An affiliated adviser of Prospect manages Priority Income Fund, a non-traded closed end fund with an eight-year track record of paying a fully-covered dividend and which currently pays an 11.3% annualized distribution yield paid monthly as of June 1, 2022.
