Cottonwood Communities Announces $12.54 NAV Per Share

In an August 17 filing with the SEC, Cottonwood Communities, Inc., a nontraded REIT, announced an NAV per share as of July 31, 2021, of $12.5373, up 6.67% from the June 30, 2021, NAV of $11.7865.
The total NAV in the following table includes the NAV of Class A and Class TX common stockholders, as well as the partnership interests of the Operating Partnership held by parties other than the REIT.
(1) Includes the partnership interests of the Operating Partnership held by High Traverse Holdings, an entity beneficially owned by Daniel Shaeffer, Chad Christensen, Gregg Christensen and Eric Marlin and other Operating Partnership interests, including LTIP Units as described above, held by parties other than us.
