Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust Declares Distributions for July Payment

On June 28, 2018, Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. declared distributions for each of the four classes of common stock. The rates are as follows:
Based upon the original offering price of $10.00 per share the annualized distribution rates, net of fees, are: Class I 6.26%, Class D 6.00%, Class T 5.38%, Class S 5.36%. Based on the transaction prices for subscriptions as of July 1, 2018 (Class S $10.7321, Class T $10.5525, Class D $10.6087, Class I $10.7158), the distribution rates, net of fees, would be: Class I 5.85%, Class D 5.66%, Class T 5.09%, Class S 5.00%.
These rates are slightly lower than the distributions declared for shareholders of record on May 31, 2018, and paid in June.
