The 12 nontraded REITs that have most recently reported their net asset values per share (NAVs) changes over a one-month period have an average increase in those values of 0.28%. Ten of the 12 REITs reported their per share NAVs as of July 31, 2020 and the changes since June 30, 2020. Two reported their NAVs as of June 30, 2020 and the changes since May 31, 2020. Of the 12 NTRs, all but one reported an increase in their NAVs.
Two nontraded REITs that reported their most recent NAVs per share as of June 30, 2020, with a 91-day interval between announcements, had a -4.73% and +1.49% change. Four nontraded REITs have announced their latest NAVs per share as of March 31, 2020, with 91 days since the prior announcement. Those REITs, all sponsored by CIM, had an average decrease in NAV of 3.19% since their December 31, 2019 updates.
