Blue Owl Technology Income Corp. has amended its senior secured revolving credit facility, extending the facility’s availability period by nearly two years and its scheduled maturity by approximately two years.
The amendment moves the end of the revolving availability period from October 2028 to September 2030. The scheduled maturity was extended from October 2029 to September 2031.
At the same time, the nontraded BDC reduced the facility’s total commitments from $1.05 billion to $975 million. Its accordion provision, which allows the fund to seek additional commitments under specified conditions, was reduced to permit a maximum facility size of approximately $1.46 billion.
Blue Owl Technology Income said it voluntarily reduced the commitment to lower borrowing costs and align the facility with its target leverage. The amendment also resets the facility’s minimum stockholders’ equity requirement.
The transaction gives the fund a longer borrowing runway while reducing unused capacity by $75 million. Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation continues to serve as the facility’s administrative agent and collateral agent.
