Carey Watermark Investors, Carey Watermark Investors 2 Move Merger Outside Date

Carey Watermark Investors Inc. and Carey Watermark Investors 2 Inc. agreed to push back the outside date of their pending merger to May 31 from March 31.
The two W. P. Carey Inc.-managed companies, through Carey Lodging Advisors LLC, recently extended their separate special shareholder meetings to vote on the transaction to April 8.
