Dear Valued Stockholder,
I am writing to inform you that we have been proactive in addressing the unprecedented development of COVID-19, commonly known as the coronavirus, as it relates to the operations of Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II, Inc. (“CVREIT II”).
Over the last several weeks, we have taken it upon ourselves to prioritize the health and well-being of the employees. We have now fully transitioned the operations to remote online access, which ensures business continuity with respect to ongoing operations, including financial management, acquisitions, asset management, property management, and investor relations. We are ensuring all employees follow the protocols set forth by the U.S government and its agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Our employees have adapted quickly and responsibly to the evolving workplace landscape introduced by COVID-19. We are focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for our stockholders through the continued professional and active management of CVREIT II’s healthcare and data center properties.
The situation is fluid and we will continue to monitor changes as they evolve and make adjustments as necessary.
