2015 had the most new nontraded BDCs enter the market since 2012. Five new BDCs became effective in 2015: Carey Credit Income Fund Corporate Capital Trust II Credit Suisse Parkview BDC, Inc. Griffin-Benefit Street Partners BDC Corp. Terra Income Fund 6 Inc.
