In today’s report from CTT Auctions, a site that provides liquidity to shareholders in nontraded REITs that are not able to sell their shares via the REIT share redemption programs, the most recent bid prices are shown, along with the most recent estimated NAVs published by the REITs, and the discounts to those NAVs if shares are sold at the most recent bid prices. The auctions have different closing times, so additional bids may come in to raise the prices to be received by the sellers prior to the close of each auction item.
