Griffin Capital Company, LLC (“Griffin Capital”), a leading private real estate investment manager, is pleased to announce the completion of construction on a 292-unit apartment community in Madison, Tennessee, one of Nashville’s most dynamic growth areas.

Station A consists of a four-story apartment community featuring a variety of floor plans, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The community offers an array of modern amenities with more than 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring a resort-style pool, a podcast studio, a dog park, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, all designed to cater to the diverse needs of its residents.

Griffin Capital has successfully raised approximately $2.0 billion in equity across its various Qualified Opportunity Zone Funds and currently manages a combined portfolio of 32 multifamily communities in various stages of construction, leasing and operations, totaling over 10,900 units with an estimated total portfolio value of $3.9 billion.
