On December 30, 2019, the Company declared December 2019 distributions for each class of its common stock in the amount per share set forth below:
The net distributions for each class of common stock (which represents the gross distributions less stockholder servicing fees for the applicable class of common stock) are payable to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2019, and will be paid on or about January 17, 2020. These distributions will be paid in cash or reinvested in shares of the Company’s common stock for stockholders participating in the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan.
Based on the most recently announced NAVs per share as of November 30, 2019, the above distributions represent an annualized yield as follows:
Class A: 6.47% at NAV of $25.0532
Class D: 6.21% at NAV of $25.0447
Class I: 6.47% at NAV of $25.0580
Class T: 5.60% at NAV of $25.0483
The NAVs as of November 30, 2019, are the January 1, 2020 transaction prices per share.
