In light of the coronavirus pandemic economic disruption, InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income Inc. is suspending its sale of common shares, its share repurchase plan, the payment of distributions to the company’s stockholders and its distribution reinvestment plan.
According to the company’s board, these measures will allow the company to maintain fiscal responsibility and respond accordingly to the financial situation.
In addition, the company announced that the majority of its mortgage loans and securities investments are performing in accordance with their respective terms. However, given the impact of the coronavirus outbreak in the commercial real estate business, the company also decided to suspend its updated estimated net asset value per common share.
