JLLIPT Purchased Fort Worth Distribution Center in Texas

Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust Inc.(JLLIPT) purchased the 350,000-square-foot Fort Worth Distribution Center in Fort Worth, Texas, according to a December 29, 2020, article in S&P Global Market Intelligence.
The class A warehouse/distribution center is in the north Fort Worth/Alliance submarket in north Fort Worth.
This marks JLL Income Property Trust’s fourth acquisition and fifth warehouse building acquired in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
On December 17, JLLIPT announced the acquisition of Whitestown Distribution Center, a Class A industrial portfolio in the submarket of Indianapolis, for $62 million. The two-building portfolio totals 720,000 square feet, is 100 percent leased, and was completed in 2020. That investment brought JLL Income Property Trust’s aggregate industrial allocation to over $850 million, or 28 percent of the portfolio, across 36 properties in 12 key warehouse markets.
