A new self-storage facility is rising in Stoney Creek.
The vacant site, at 365 Fruitland Rd., was acquired earlier this year by Strategic Storage Growth Trust, sponsored by SmartStop Asset Management.
The facility on 3.7 acres (1.5 hectares) will be developed into approximately interior-loaded 780 units in a climate controlled, two-storey building. Completion is expected in late 2017.Go Back
