Bluerock Expands Distribution Team, Hires Tim Hughes, Jack Wood and Carla Martin

Bluerock Real Estate LLC, an investment management firm, has hired Tim Hughes and Jack Wood as co-heads of distribution to lead the company’s sales effort for its managing broker-dealer, Bluerock Capital Markets. Carla Martin has joined as a managing director in the company’s relationship management group.
Hughes and Wood will be responsible for accelerating sales growth and product offerings across the company’s line of private and public investment products, and will also be tasked with broadening and channelizing Bluerock’s distribution teams to support a growing base of independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors.
Martin, as a managing director in Bluerock’s national accounts team, will share responsibility for growing the company’s broker-dealer partnership network nationwide and for raising awareness of the full scope of Bluerock’s offerings among leading institutions.
