Nicholas Radesca will join Global Net Lease as its new CFO, treasurer and secretary, effective January 20, replacing Timothy Salvemini, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Global Net Lease (formerly known as American Realty Capital Global Trust, Inc.) listed on the NYSE on June 2, 2015. It announced Radesca’s appointment on January 6, 2017.

Salvemini’s resignation is not because of any disagreement with the company, its adviser or property manager, Global Net Lease said in a release.

Nicholas “Nick” Radesca has served as an officer at American Finance Trust, American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, New York REIT, American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust II, American Realty Capital Global Trust, American Realty Capital Daily Net Asset Value Trust, ARC New York City REIT, and American Realty Capital – Retail Centers of America.  Mr. Radesca has served as an executive officer of the advisor to UDF V from September 2013 until April 2016. Prior to joining the predecessor to AR Global in December 2012, Mr. Radesca was employed by Solar Capital Management, LLC, from March 2008 to May 2012, where he served as the chief financial officer and corporate secretary for Solar Capital Ltd. and its predecessor company, and Solar Senior Capital Ltd.
