Phillips Edison & Co. Buys Sacramento CA Retail Center

Phillips Edison & Co. Inc. purchased the 216,320-square-foot Town & Country Village retail center in Sacramento, Calif., from Donahue Schriber Realty Group Inc.
The shopping center real estate investment trust paid about $62.2 million for the property, the Sacramento Business Journal reported, citing records.
The property sits on 19 acres at 2601-2651 and 2717-2805 Marconi Ave. and is 91% leased, with grocery store chains Trader Joe’s Co. and Sprouts Farmers Market Inc. as anchor tenants.
JLL Capital Markets brokered the sale.
