Priority Income Fund Declares Distributions for December 2016 Through February 2017
NEW YORK, Nov. 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Priority Income Fund, Inc. (“Priority” or the “Fund”) announced today a series of distributions with weekly record dates and payable monthly to the stockholders of record as of the close of business each week from December 2, 2016 through February 24, 2017. The declared distributions equal a weekly amount of $0.02138 per share of common stock. Distributions have weekly record dates and are payable monthly to the stockholders of record as set forth below:
- Distributions for the December 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 record dates will be paid on or around January 3, 2017.
- Distributions for the January 6, 13, 20 and 27 record dates will be paid on or around January 30, 2017.
- Distributions for the February 3, 10, 17 and 24 record dates will be paid on or around February 27, 2017.
