Paula Mathews, Executive Vice President of SmartStop Asset Management, LLC, will be a featured panelist at the inaugural Student Housing 360 conference in Dana Point, California. The two-day event is hosted by IMN on January 16-17.
With 42 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and many of those in branding and remodeling student housing properties, Mathews will share her knowledge during the “Rehab, Renovation, and General Properties Upgrades” session on Thursday, January 16 at 4:30 p.m. This panel discussion will delve into regulatory requirements, changes in quality control procedures, how technology can aid in the rehabbing process, and budgetary options when renovating properties.
