Starwood Real Estate Income Trust Announces April 1 Transaction Prices

Starwood Real Estate Income Trust bases its transaction prices for its four classes of common stock on the NAV per share for each class as of February 29, 2020. The purchase price for common stock for each share class equals the transaction price of such class, plus applicable upfront selling commissions and dealer manager fees.
Shown below are the transaction prices per share as of April 1, 2020, and the transaction prices as of January 31, 2020.
Status of the Current Offering
The REIT is currently offering on a continuous basis up to $5.0 billion in shares of common stock, consisting of up to $4.0 billion in shares in the primary offering and up to $1.0 billion in shares pursuant to the distribution reinvestment plan. As of March 13, the REIT had issued and sold 63,940,556 shares of its common stock (consisting of 35,174,330 Class S shares, 2,001,309 Class T shares, 2,256,842 Class D shares and 24,508,075 Class I shares) in the primary offering for total proceeds of $1.3 billion and (ii) 927,196 shares of common stock (consisting of 619,645 Class S Shares, 19,607 Class T Shares, 39,019 Class D Shares and 248,925 Class I Shares) pursuant to its distribution reinvestment plan for a total value of $19.6 million. As of February 29, 2020, the aggregate NAV is $1.3 billion. The Company intends to continue selling shares in the Offering on a monthly basis.
