Steadfast Apartment REIT Distribution Declaration

On October 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of Steadfast Apartment REIT, Inc. approved and authorized a daily distribution to stockholders of record as of the close of business on each day for the period commencing on November 1, 2020 and ending on November 30, 2020. The distributions will be equal to $0.002459 per share of the Company’s common stock per day. The distributions for each record date in November 2020 will be paid in December 2020. The distributions will be payable to stockholders from legally available funds therefor.
The daily rate is consistent with distribution rates paid in Q1 2020 and Q2 2020 and equals a distribution yield of 6.00% based upon the original offering price of the REIT’s common shares. The most recently declared estimated net asset value per share for the REIT’s common stock was $15.23 as of May 1, 2020. Based upon that value, the distribution yield would be approximately 5.90% annualized.
